Product Description

The HDS01.1-K025-D made by Bosch Rexroth is designed for mounting into a control cabinet as per EN 60204 / DIN VDE 0113 requirements. A mounting rail is screwed onto the panel to tighten the servo drive into the control cabinet. The mounting rail has a length of 750 mm and can be shortened as needed during installation. Ensure that you leave a minimum clearance of 100mm below the unit for sufficient airflow. The drive controller is operated at an ambient temperature of 0° C to 40° C as per EN 60 204. The acceptable temperature for storage and transport is -30° C to +85° C.

The HDS drive controller is equipped with two ground connections to connect the power supply unit. The grounding system is connected to the drive controller through; the back wall of the drive unit, the mounting rails, and the grounding clips located at the front part of the servo drive. It is recommendable to use original Rexroth Indramat cables when connecting the drive controller to a servo motor. The power cable from Indramat contains; a wire for the grounded conductor connection, three supply wires for the motor power connection and a separately shielded pair of power wires for the drive temperature monitor and motor holding brake. The maximum power cable length should not exceed 75 meters.

The HDS01.1-K025-D should be stored in a dry and dust-free environment away from falling objects or components that can cause damage by electrostatic discharge. When connecting the drive cable connections, maintain a distance of at least 100 mm between the power, control, and signal cables or use a metal cable duct to isolate the cable connections. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
