The HDC01.1-A200N-SE01-01-FW is an intelligent automation system that offers motion control solutions for stand-alone drives. This highly functional drive controller enables drive control in tough ambient conditions. It can handle different types of applications where a variety of drive tasks can be implemented. This model can be integrated with mounting machines, handling systems, machine tools, printing machines, paper converting systems, packaging machines, handling systems, and food processing equipment. This model supports a wide range of Rexroth’s industrial motors including MKD, MBS, LSF, 1MB, MKE, and MKD, and MBW motors. When used with the MKD and 2AD motors, the digital servo feedback is supported. This model operates within a frequency of 20 Hz to 500 Hz. It should be used in ambient temperature conditions of 5 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC.

The HDC01.1-A200N-SE01-01-FW supports a wide range of measuring systems including HSF, Square-wave encoder, gearwheel encoder with 1 V_pp signals, an encoder with EnDat interface, resolver, and sine encoder. When used with the Sercos interface, this model enables torque/force control, velocity control, jogging, and positioning block module. Other functions like position control, drive internal interpolation, and drive controlled positioning are also possible. The optional features that come with the drive controller include oscilloscope function, configurable system control word, command 'parking axis' dynamic position switch, etc. This drive controller provides extensive diagnostic functions. It comes with an error memory and hours-run meter, adjustable drive-internal position resolution, and modulo function. When using this system, a basic parameter set can be activated for the defined set of the drive parameters to default values. Up to five different languages are supported for units and parameter names. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
