Product Description
The HDC01.1-A040N-IB01-01-FW drive controller manufactured by Bosch Rexroth must be installed, assembled, and operated only under the ambient conditions specified by the manufacturer. The product is CE Certified and cUL Listed. The front part of the device showcases three shielded connections. Its X1 connector is used to connect the control voltage supply. The unit may need to be fitted with additional sensors and actuators to monitor and control the connected motor. This product encompasses a crimped seal at its bottom. The device might have dangerous movements if its components are defective or malfunctioning or when it encounters software errors. It is possible for such movements to occur at any stage of operation.
The machine in which the drive controller is fitted should not be operated if the emergency stop is not working. The power connection to its drive is meant to be isolated using a start-inhibit system so that there is no accidental startup. The vertical axes of the controller must be secured against falling off by opting for a clamping mechanism. The product should not have an active power connection during maintenance and repair work or when it is kept unused for a long duration. The supply leads of the device have to be positioned away from functioning radios, remote controls, and high-frequency equipment. The controller is designed for mounting at 1,000m above sea level with rated data.
The drive controller has no special design. The product is connected to an InterBus interface. The device is connected to an InterBus command communication interface with an X40 male 9-pin D-Sub incoming connector and an X41 female 9-pin D-Sub outgoing connector. The six diagnostic displays are arranged in two columns with three indicators in each column. The controller must galvanically be isolated from the signals from its connectors. The product can be shipped to any location across the world with a one-year warranty.
