Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is leading the international market in the manufacturing of different motion control equipment. The company is highly concerned about its Customer satisfaction through its long-lasting, energy-efficient, and high-quality products.
The HDC01.1-A040N-DN01-01-FW model represents the latest motion control technology of Rexroth Indramat. The model provides high functional reliability due to its modern features. The HDC01.1 drive controller can operate under adverse environmental conditions and it belongs to the ECODRIVE03 family. The DURADRIVE drive controller takes electrical power directly from the 3-phase AC 200 – 480 V power source having a voltage frequency of 50 – 60 Hz with ±2 Hz tolerance. The model is designed to operate with a 4 kHz or 8 kHz drive and the rated current requirement for this unit is 40 A. The DURADRIVE drive controller is designed to control and monitor the functions of Indramat synchronous, asynchronous, frameless, and linear motors. The HDC01.1 drive controller uses natural convection for cooling purposes and a heat sink unit is installed with this controller. The continuous current requirement for a 4 kHz drive is 7.5/10 A whereas, the 8 kHz drive consumes 3/5 A of continuous current. The continuous power dissipated by the bleeder resistor is 0.075 kW.
The model HDC01.1-A040N-DN01-01-FW comes in a standard design and a DeviceNet interface is installed in this model. An EcoX expansion interface is also installed in this model and it provides shield connections through the XS1, XS2, and XS3 ports. The maximum energy dissipated by the HDC01.1 drive controller is 5 kWs. The control voltage requirement of the model is 21.6 – 26.4 VDC. The permissible ambient temperature range for HDC01.1 is +5 to +45 degree Celsius and it can be installed at the maximum altitude of 1000 m/sea level, without derating. The protection category of this unit is IP65. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
