Product Description
Bosch Rexroth products are generally used in various industrial sectors. The company produces a broad range of high-quality and affordable drive controllers, synchronous motors, and frequency converters for its clients.
The HDC01.1-A040N-CN01-01-FW model is designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat for optimizing the conventional motion control technologies. The DURADRIVE drive control is recommended by our international client due to its energy-efficient and maintenance-free operations. The HDC01.1 drive controller should only be used in conjunction with the accessories and parts prescribed by Rexroth Indramat. The controller is mainly used for the digital intelligent control of Indramat electrical motors. Before commissioning, the drive controller should be programmed according to the required functions. The DURADRIVE drive controller represents the ECODRIVE03 family and it is mainly used for machine tools, printing machines, handling systems, and textile machines. The HDC01.1 drive controller provides high operational reliability with continuous power delivery at a broad speed range. The rated current requirement of this model is 40 A and it operates at the rated voltage of AC 3 × 200 – 480 V with ±10% tolerance. In case of any malfunction, an H1 diagnostic display is placed in this unit and an S1 reset switch is also installed in this unit.
The model HDC01.1-A040N-CN01-01-FW comes under the IP65 protection category and a heat sink blower is installed in this unit for dissipating 5 kWs of energy to the surrounding air. The model can operate with a 4/8 kHz switching frequency and the peak current requirement for this unit is 10/5 A. The maximum power dissipated by the bleeder resistor is 11.5 kW. The drive controller is equipped with CANopen interface for developing communication between the controller and the motor. The ideal temperature range for the DURADRIVE drive controller is +5 to +45 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
