Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive Cs is a multi-protocol capable compact drive system with several outstanding features. The drives have a compact design and integrated safety technology. Their multi-protocol support system was put in place in response to users' needs from drive systems. They run with Ethernet-based communications but can also function with conventional communications such as the PROFIBUS network. They have a wide area of applications, including general automation, assembly, handling, machine tools, food and packaging machines, printing machines, and the semiconductor industry.
The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-SB-NN-FW has a three-phase mains connection voltage requirement of AC 200 to 500 V with an allowance of ±10 and a maximum current of 54 A. It has a 24V feeding power supply unit. Its control unit is BASIC UNIVERSAL for standard performance and functionality. It has Ethernet-based communications, which include SERCOS III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, and EtherCat. This communications interface supports the multi-protocol function of the converter. It is equipped with an intelligent operating panel with programming module function and supports device swap without a PC.
Most encoder types are compatible with the multi-encoder interface of the HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-NN-SB-NN-FW. This allows the user to select the best encoders for specific applications. It is suitable for Indradyn motors and third-party motors with a continuous output of 0.05 kW to 9 kW. This converter does not admit solid extrinsic objects with a diameter of 12mm or more due to its Ingress Protection Rating of IP 20. It, however, has no resistance against liquids. It performs optimally at ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C, a setup height of 1000 m above sea level, and relative air humidity between 5% and 95%.
