The HCS01 drive converters are a part of the Indradrive Cs family. They are characterized by a compact construction, Ethernet-based communication with multi-protocol support, a multi-encoder interface, and optional integrated safety technology. Their areas of application include handling and mounting systems, packaging, and food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.
The HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-A-CC-EC-EC-L4-NN-FW is a drive converter designed for ADVANCED control units. Its control communication is SERCOS III, which allows advanced cross-communication. With this communication method, drives can communicate with one another without time delays. This drive converter has a multi-encoder interface that functions with several standard encoders. Hence, it is suitable for Indradyn and third-party motors with a continuous output of 0.05 kW to 9 kW. It operates with a three-phase AC voltage ranging from 200V to 500V with an allowance of ±10%.
With an Ingress Protection rating of IP 20, the HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-A-CC-EC-EC-L4-NN-FW is protected from dust and damage from touch. It also prevents the entry of solid objects larger than 12mm. Its safety technology is the Safe Torque Off with Safe Brake Control. Designed to be mounted in a control cabinet, heat elimination in this drive converter is via internal air cooling within the cabinet. An intelligent standard operating panel with a single-line display is featured in this drive converter. It shows real-time operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. The drive converter should be operated at a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C, maximum relative humidity of 95%, and maximum installation height of 1000m.
