The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-EP-L3-NN-FW is a highly advanced electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat according to internationally acceptable standards. This electrical converter is designed to control the operation of synchronous, asynchronous and linear industrial motors. The converter features a combination of trusted motor control designs and some of the latest industrial innovations; this unique combination allows it to maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent for more than five years without the risk of sudden machine breakdown. The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-B-ET-EC-EP-L3-NN-FW electrical converter also features an advanced control panel with a programmable module function; this control panel has a single line display through which it provides industrial operators with information concerning operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings. The advanced controller also features a slot for a microSD memory card.
The maximum input current required for this industrial converter is 28 amperes; the converter also features a three-phase electrical connector through which it receives mains connecting voltage that falls between 200 to about 500 volts. The control voltage supplied by the electrical converter is about 24 volts; at this input voltage, the maximum inrush current is about 3.3 amperes. During operation, this electrical converter can generate a leakage current as high as 3.5 milliamperes, to prevent electrical accidents, it is important for industrial operators to ensure that the converter is properly grounded before operation.
