The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-A-CC-EC-EM-S4-NN-FW is a compact and high durable electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to operate in combination with a compatible drive controller and form a rapid response automation system that can accurately supply industrial machines with the kinetic energy they require for optimum operation. This electrical converter features a compact construction with a housing unit that meets the IP20 protection class. It also features special holes and slits that allow for the direct integration of the device into the industrial servo system. To ensure optimum the optimum operation of this electrical converter, the configuration, installation and general handling of the device should be carried out according to the instructions stated in the documentation of the device, also the converter should be properly grounded to prevent electrical accidents that can be caused by the leakage current generated by the device during operation.
The HCS01.1E-W0028-A-03-A-CC-EC-EM-S4-NN-FW electrical converter features an advanced control panel with a one-line display unit and a keyboard featuring about four pressure sensitive keys. The advanced panel is designed for programmable module function, it also allows the operator to monitor the operation of the converter in real time. For the MCL linear motor, the converter features a digital all sensor adaptor box which can interprete the digital signals sent from the digital hall sensors of the linear motor.
