The HCS01.1E-W0018-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-S5-NN-FW is a model of the compact HCS drive converters designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It features integrated brake current measurement and monitoring with a multi-encoder interface, which is suitable for the most common encoder types. These encoders have supply voltages of 5V and 12V. Some of them are the MSK motor encoder, the MSM motor encoder, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface. The drive converter’s compact build permits its installation within a control cabinet where the heat generated during its operation is eliminated via an internal cooling mechanism.

Operating the HCS01.1E-W0018-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-S5-NN-FW requires a three-phase AC mains connecting voltage between 110V and 230V. It also allows switching frequencies of 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz.
