The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L4-NN-FW is an advanced electrical converter manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the operation of synchronous, asynchronous and linear motors in the industrial servo system. This electrical motor is designed according to internationally accepted quality standards, under normal operating conditions the converter can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent for more than five years without the need for frequent machine repairs or the risk of sudden machine breakdown. The enclosure of the HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L4-NN-FW industrial electrical converter provides protection according to the IP20 protection class, however, for complete protection, the converter should be installed into an additional control cabinet that meets the IP54 protection class.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L4-NN-FW electrical converter features a basic control panel which is made up of a one-line display unit and a special keypad through which the industrial operator can interact with the converter in real-time. The installation, configuration and general handling of this converter are very easy and straightforward, however, to ensure operational safety these activities should be carried out by well-trained engineers according to the instructions in the documentation supplied with the converter. The connection between this electrical converter and the industrial motor occurs through a power cable and the motor feedback cable. The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L4-NN-FW electrical controller requires an input current of about 13 amperes, at this current, it also requires a mains connection voltage that falls between 110 to about 230 volts.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L4-NN-FW electrical converter is not supplied with a firmware module, however, this can be ordered by the end-user as a separate unit. To prevent the rapid build-up of heat, the converter should not be installed at a height that exceeds 1000 meters above sea level.
