The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L3-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to accurately control the speed, position and general operation of industrial motors according to predetermined configuration parameters. This electrical converter operates by adjusting the input current received by industrial motors through the power cable. The housing of this electrical converter provides protection according to the IP20 protection class, however, to ensure complete protection, the converter should be installed into an additional control cabinet that meets a minimum of the IP54 protection class. The installation, configuration and general operation of this electrical converter are designed to be safe and straightforward, the converter also features a basic control panel that is made up of a display unit and a special keyboard through which the end user can interact with the converter in real-time.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L3-NN-FW electrical converter is not supplied with a firmware module, however, this can be separately ordered by the end user depending on the industrial application the converter is required for. The operational temperature of this industrial motor is kept within a permissible range by forced ventilation, the converter features an internal air blower which carries out this temperature regulation process.
Unlike conventional industrial machines, the HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-B-ET-EC-EP-L3-NN-FW electrical controller features a multi-encoder interface that makes it compatible with a wide range of industrial motor encoder designs including the MSM, SSI, C, TTL, and EnDat 2.1 industrial motor design. The converter is also compatible with linear motors as it features a digital hall sensor adaptor box that is compatible with the digital hall sensor present in the motor. The maximum input current for this industrial motor is about 13 amperes, while the mains connection voltage falls between 110 to about 230 volts.
