Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive Cs components have a functional communications interface that supports a whole range of protocols. They also have other impressive performance specifications for a hitch-free operation. Typical applications of these components include machine tools, food processing and packaging machines, printing and paper processing machines, and general automation.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW is a drive converter model in the HCS series of Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive Cs system. It features Safe Torque Off (STO), a cost-effective solution for preventing the drive from restarting unintentionally. Its communication with other drive components is facilitated by a Multi-Ethernet communication module that allows it to be integrated in various Ethernet field bus systems. They include EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, sercos III, and PROFINET IO. The drive converter also has a multi-encoder interface for a wide range of standard encoders with supply voltage ratings of 5V and 12V. Some examples of these encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1.
Firmware use is supported with the HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW, but it must be ordered separately. It also has a standard control panel that functions as a programming module and provides information such as its operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. The user panel has four operating keys for navigating its functions and a single-line display where this information can be viewed. Operating this HCS model should be done at switching frequencies of 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, or 16kHz. Its maximum permissible current is 13A, while its mains connecting voltage is a three-phase AC voltage between 110V and 230V.
