This electrical converter is designed according to international quality standards; it features an advanced control panel and can be configured to operate with a wide range of industrial production and processing machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. This electrical converter is designed with a compact housing unit that meets the IP20 protection class and provides a high degree of protection against large solid interference. However, for a high degree of protection, the converter should be installed into an additional control cabinet that meets at least the IP54 protection class.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW electrical converter features a multi-encoder interface which makes it compatible to most standard motor encoder designs including the MS2N, BiSS, C, TTL and MSM encoder design. However, for the MCL linear industrial motor series that operate with digital hall sensors instead of standard encoders, the converter contains a digital hall sensor adapter box which is perfect for these motors. This electrical converter does not generate a high amount of heat during operation, it however features an internal air blower which helps to dissipate the little heat generated in the converter by forced ventilation. The master communication module of this converter is the SERCOS master communication module.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW electrical converter is not supplied with a firmware module, it however features a Safe Motion integrated safety technology which provides the end user with an additional layer of protection.
