Product Description
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L3-NN-FW is one of the most advanced and sophisticated devices designed by the reputable Rexroth Indramat; it is an electrical converter designed to control the operation of synchronous, induction, asynchronous and linear motors used in industrial production and processing machines. The housing of this electrical converter is designed to provide protection against large solid substances with an external diameter larger than 12 millimetres. For complete protection, the converter should be installed into an additional control cabinet that can provide minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class. The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L3-NN-FW electrical converter contains eight digital input interfaces and an analogue output interface.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L3-NN-FW electrical converter is also designed to carry out integrated break current measurement and monitoring; under normal operating conditions, it maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent and is compatible with a wide range of industrial encoder designs including the EnDat2.1, EnDat2.2, SSI, BiSS, TTL, MSM and the MS2N encoder design. This electrical converter also features a Safe Torque Off integrated safety technology which provides an additional layer of protection by preventing the sudden movement of electrical drives connected to it.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L3-NN-FW electrical converter contains an advanced control panel which can be used to carry out programming module functions; this control panel also features a memory card where configuration instructions can be stored in the electrical converter. Unlike conventional motor control devices, this electrical converter is a self-diagnosing device that can independently detect operational errors and alert the operator by displaying an error message on the one-line display unit integrated into the advanced control panel. The converter also features a short winding circuit at the motor output; it uses this to initiate shutdown in reaction to fatal errors.
