The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EM-L3-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial electrical converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the speed, position, and general operation of industrial motors used in production and processing applications. This converter features compact housing that provides protection according to the IP20 protection class, although the housing provides efficient protection against large external interference, for complete protection the converter should be installed into an additional control cabinet that can provide protection according to the IP54 protection class. The converter features a compact advanced control cabinet that is made up of a one-line display unit and a keypad through which the industrial operator can send command instructions in real-time. The converter also contains a high metal content and can maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent for more than five years without the risk of sudden breakdown.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EM-L3-NN-FW electrical converter features a multi-encoder interface which is compatible with most standard encoder designs, the converter also features a digital hall sensor adaptor box which is compatible with digital hall sensor. This electrical converter does not generate a high degree of noise during operation, it also features an internal air blower which aids its temperature regulation process via forced ventilation. The electrical converter also features a Safe Torque Off (STO) and Safe Brake Control (SBC) integrated safety technology which provides an additional layer of safety.
