Product Description
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW is an electrical converter designed by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial production and processing machines by accurately controlling the operation of electric motor supplying these machines with the kinetic energy they require for optimum operation. This electrical controller is a highly compact device that meets the IP20 protection class, under normal operating conditions, the converter maintains an operational efficiency of about 95 per cent. The housing of this converter features a special electrical control panel through which the industrial operator can interact with the converter in real-time. The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW controller is designed with a multi-encoder interface which is perfect for most standard encoder designs including the C, BiSS, EnDat2.1, EnDat2.2, TTL, and the sin/cos encoder designs.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW electrical converter is a self-diagnostic industrial device which can independently detect and respond to fatal operational errors by shutting motor output through its winding short circuit. The configuration, installation, and general handling of this electrical controller are designed to be perfectly safe, however, this is only guaranteed if the converter is handled according to the instructions in the documentation of the device. The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW electrical converter requires a mains input voltage that falls between 110 to about 230 volts, and mains connecting voltage of about 13 amperes. Also, during operation, the converter can generate a leakage current as high as 3.5 milliamperes, to prevent electrical accidents, the converter should be properly grounded before it is switched on for operation.
The HCS01.1E-W0013-A-02-A-CC-EC-EC-NN-NN-FW electrical converter keeps its operational temperature within a permissible range via forced ventilation, to aid this temperature regulation process the converter should be installed in a position that allows for the easy movement of cool air in and out of its housing unit.
