Product Description
Flexibility is a highlight of the drive converters of the HCS series by Bosch Rexroth. They are IndraDrive drive components with multiple interfaces to suit application-specific use. These units are used to control electric motors and monitor their applications.
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW is a model of the HCS drive converters by Bosch Rexroth. It comes with a standard control panel, which serves as a user interface for configuring and controlling the device. This programming module has a single-line display where its operating states and pending warnings are viewed. Hence, users can closely monitor its operation and adjust its settings as desired. Like other HCS models, this drive converter has a compact design that supports easy installation within a control cabinet. It is cooled within this control cabinet by an internal cooling mechanism. Its IP 20 Ingress Protection rating indicates that solid foreign objects over 12mm cannot penetrate it to cause damage. These include fingers and some tools.
A multi-encoder interface in the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-B-ET-EC-NN-L3-NN-FW enhances its connection and communication with different kinds of encoders. They include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the MSM motor encoder, the MS2K motor encoder, and the SSI encoder. It also interacts with other control units via its Multi-Ethernet module, which allows its integration in Ethernet field bus systems like EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, sercos III, and PROFINET IO. Safe Torque Off (STO) in the drive converter is a cost-effective option for preventing unintentional startup. It should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m above mean sea level and operated with a three-phase AC mains connecting voltage between 110V and 230V.
