Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s IndraDrive Cs system consists of a broad spectrum of universal, intelligent, and cost-effective components, such as the drive converters of the HCS series. They are used to control and monitor the operations of electric motors. Their common applications include machine tools and handling and mounting systems.
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NW is a drive converter in the HCS series that supports several bus systems, including EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, sercos III, and PROFINET IO. This is due to its Multi-Ethernet communication module. It also has a sercos III module for cross-communication and eliminates heat via an internal cooling mechanism. The cooling occurs within the control cabinet, where the drive converter is installed and mounted per the G1 mounting style. Its multi-encoder interface aids its connection to different kinds of standard encoders with supply voltages of 5V and 12V. They include the MSK motor encoder, the MSM motor encoder, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track.
Solid external materials over 12mm cannot penetrate the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-NW to cause damage as its Ingress Protection rating is IP 20, in line with EN 60529. It also accommodates switching frequencies of 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz with a maximum current of 9A. Its operation requires a three-phase mains operating voltage ranging from 110V to 230V. As a product of Category C3, according to IEC 61800-3, it should be operated in industrial areas only. When used in public low-voltage mains supplying residential areas, appropriate measures of interference suppression must be adopted. It should also be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m and operated at an ambient temperature between 0oC and 40oC.
