The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW is one of the drive converters in the HCS drive converters designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It supports multiple bus systems, including EtherNet/IP, sercos III, EtherCAT, or PROFINET IO thanks to its Multi-Ethernet communication module. Its compact construction permits its installation in a control cabinet where heat is eliminated by an internal cooling mechanism. It is mounted per the G1 mounting style within this control cabinet. With the multi-encoder interface of the HCS drive converter, it can be connected to standard encoders with supply voltages of 5V and 12V. Examples of these encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, the MS2M motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface.
There is an integrated brake current measurement and monitoring system in the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-NN-NN-FW. It is also equipped with a standard control panel where the operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings can be viewed. This makes it a useful tool for fault identification and resolution. According to the EN 60529 standard, this HCS drive converter has an Ingress Protection rating of IP 20. It does not admit solid external materials over 12mm in diameter. Its maximum current rating is 9A, while its supported switching frequencies are 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz.
