Product Description
Bosch Rexroth’s ADVANCED HCS drive converters are suitable for numerous applications that require high performance and dynamics. They comprise the highly functional IndraDrive drive system used in handling and mounting systems, machine tools, food processing and packaging machines.
The HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW is a model of the HCS drive converters by Bosch Rexroth. It is a Series 01 type with an IP 20 degree of protection according to EN 60529, indicating that it is impervious to solid external objects over 12mm. Its operation is carried out with a three-phase AC mains voltage between 110V and 230V. The drive converter accommodates a maximum current of 9A and works with switching frequencies of 4kHz, 8kHz, 12kHz, and 16kHz. Its integration in different Ethernet field bus systems is possible thanks to its Multi-Ethernet communication module. These bus systems include sercos III, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, or PROFINET IO.
Standard encoders with supply voltages of 5V and 12V can be connected to the HCS01.1E-W0009-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW. These include the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the MSK motor encoder, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1. The standard control panel in the drive converter serves as an integrated brake current measurement and monitoring system. It has a single-line display and four operating keys. Some information that can be viewed on it are its operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. Its safety technology module consists of Safe Torque Off (STO) and Safe Brake Control (SBC). The HCS model should be installed at a maximum height of 1,000m above mean sea level.
