The HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth drive converter model in the HCS series. It has a Digital/analog I/O extension and a multi-encoder interface that is compatible with most standard encoder types. Some of these are the 1 Vpp sin-cos encoder with EnDat 2.1, the MS2N motor encoder, the MSM motor encoder, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track. The drive converter can easily be mounted in a control cabinet because of its compact build. However, it must correspond with the G1 mounting style to allow its cooling via natural convection. Heat pockets are hereby prevented since the cooling mechanism supports the forced cooling air current.
According to EN 60529, the HCS01.1E-W0006-A-02-A-CC-EC-DA-NN-NN-FW belongs to the IP 20 protection class, meaning it is impenetrable to solid extrinsic materials over 12mm in diameter. It also requires a three-phase AC mains voltage between 110V and 230V for its operation and accommodates a maximum current of 6A. Communication between this model and other drive system components is via a sercos module that functions as a master for cross communication. Its ideal control section is in the ADVANCED range. With the standard control panel that comes with this HCS model, users can view its operating state and pending warnings and run diagnostics. Its installation height should not exceed 1,000m.
