The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-CC-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial converter designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the operational efficiency of industrial machines by accurately controlling the speed, acceleration, and general operation of industrial servo motors. This converter maintains an operational efficiency as high as 95 percent under ideal industrial conditions; this high operational efficiency makes it perfectly suited for sophisticated industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, and robotic machines. The housing of this converter is designed to protect it from the interference of large solid materials with an external interference larger than 12 millimeters. To ensure complete protection from external interference, industrial operators should ensure the converter is integrated into an additional control cabinet that can provide minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class.
The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-CC-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW industrial converter is designed with a user-friendly advanced control panel that has a single line display unit and special pressure-sensitive keys through which industrial operators can communicate with the converter in real-time. The display unit of this control panel shows important information such as operating states, command and error diagnosis, and pending warnings. The control panel of this industrial converter also contains an internal memory where it stores important configurational instructions it requires for operation. The controller also has a slot for a microSD memory card.
The HCS01.1E-W0005-A-03-A-CC-EC-NN-S4-NN-FW converter is not supplied to the end user with a firmware module; however, this can be ordered by the industrial operator as a separate unit. The permissible ambient temperature at which this industrial converter should be operated fall between 0 to about 40 degree Celsius; however, if the converter is not operated, then it can be stored at an ambient temperature as high as 75 degree Celsius.
