The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW is a drive controller with an advanced control section. It is designed and developed by Bosch. The controller belongs to the HCS01 product line. The controller is deployed for motor control in commercial and industrial applications. The controller is compatible with multiple Bosch motor product lines. It has been designed for use in an industrial environment and may only be used as intended. Failure to use the controller in the intended manner can result in property damage and personal injury. No modification to controller hardware or software is permitted. Any controller found to be faulty should not be installed. The drive controller may only be used with the accessories and attachments specified in this documentation. Components that are not expressly mentioned in the documentation may neither be attached nor connected. The same applies to cables and lines.
The HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW controller cools via natural convection. It dissipates heat inside the control cabinet. For this reason, large cabinets or air conditioning may be required for maintenance of ambient temperature within specified limits. The controller housing is IP20 rated. Input voltage range for the HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW is 110 to 230 Volts AC. Either single-phase or three-phase input can be used. However, it should be noted that the controller only delivers rated output with three-phase input. Continuous current output of the HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW is 1.1 Amps and the maximum output current is 3.3 Amps. The control section on the HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW features a multi-encoder interface, a Multi-Ethernet communication interface and a safety module. The safety module supports both safe brake control (SBC) and safe torque off (STO). A SERCOS III master interface for cross-communication is also supported on the HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW. Firmware for the HCS01.1E-W0003-A-02-A-CC-EC-ET-L4-NN-FW is ordered separately.
