Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is mainly focused on manufacturing high-quality products that can be configured to fit individual customer needs. The company produces a wide range of industrial automation equipment such as frequency converters, brake resistors, and drive controllers.
The FVCA01.2-7K50-3P4-MDA-LP-NNNN-02VRS model reflects the state-of-the-art technology of Rexroth Indramat. The FVCA01.2 frequency converter is extensively used in the international market for developing a reliable and energy-efficient motion control system. Before commissioning, the converter should be configured according to the required operations. Computer software “ConverterPC” is used for the remote control and commissioning of the frequency converter. One or more converters can be attached to a single PC for developing a control network using ConverterPC. The minimum system requirements for using the commissioning software on PC are minimum 100 MHz processor, Windows XP or Windows 7 operating system, and a minimum 1 GB hard disk. The firmware requirement of this unit is 02VRS. The FVCA01.2 frequency converter can take electrical power directly from the 3-phase AC 380 – 480 V voltage source with a voltage frequency of 50/60 Hz. The converter step-up or step-down the frequency of the input voltage according to the requirements and generates the output voltage with the frequency of 0 – 400 Hz.
The model FVCA01.2-7K50-3P4-MDA-LP-NNNN-02VRS comes with a PWM frequency of 15 kHz and it delivers the continuous power of 7.5 kW to the motor while operating at 17 A of continuous current. The operating panel of the converter is equipped with an LCD display, keys for manual programming, and a status LED. The FVCA02.1 comes with a Modbus bus system and an RS232 interface is placed in this model for attaching a PC or VT terminal. The ambient temperature requirement of FVCA01.2 is -10 to +40 degree Celsius. The frequency converter is protected by the IP20 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
