Product Description
Bosch Rexroth develops sustainable and economical products for various motion control systems. The company manufactures a wide range of frequency converters, drive controllers, and brake resistors with a broad power spectrum.
The FVCA01.2-1K50-3P4-MDA-LP-NNNN-02VRS model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. It is mainly used by manufacturers to upgrade their convention motion control system. The FVCA01.2 frequency converter operates at the rated voltage of 3 × AC 380 – 480 V with -15% to +10% augmentation and the input voltage frequency of 50 – 60 Hz. The model takes power from the main voltage line and changes the frequency of the input voltage according to the requirements. The FVCA01.2 frequency converter converts the 50 – 60 Hz frequency of input voltage to the 0 – 400 Hz of output voltage. The model provides high dynamics and consumes 4 A of rated current for producing the continuous power of 1.5 kW at the motor output shaft. The PWM frequency of the model can be adjusted according to the load of the system. The frequency converter is equipped with a fan that uses ambient air for maintaining the internal temperature of the model. The model comes under IP20 ingress protection.
The model FVCA01.2-1K50-3P4-MDA-LP-NNNN-02VRS comes with an external brake resistor that takes excessive power and dissipates it to the surrounding air in the form of heat. The unit can be programmed by using computer software “ConverterPC” and it can also be programmed manually by using the keys on the operating panel of the converter. ConverterPC also helps in networking and up to 247 devices can be connected to a computer using the Modbus interface. The FVC frequency converter is also integrated with a step switching mechanism. The maximum temperature on which the converter can operate ideally is +40 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
