The FVCA01.1-37K0-3P4-MNA-LP-P001-01V01 model is designed to take electrical connection directly from the 3 × 400 V AC power source through its L1, L2, and L3 terminals. The FVCA01.1 frequency converter is equipped with an external brake resistor and brake chopper for overvoltage protection. The brake resistor takes electrical connection through the PB terminal of the frequency converter and the output power is delivered to the motor via U, V, and W terminals. The FVCA01.1 frequency converter is designed to deliver 37 kW of power while operating at the continuous current of 75 A. The frequency of the output voltage will be between 0 – 400 Hz depending upon the requirements of the operation. The converter should only be used in conjunction with the parts and modules specified by Rexroth Indramat. The overall weight of the converter is approximately 22 kg. The unit comes with a PID controller and a ModBus interface is placed in this unit for effective communication. The frequency converter provides resistance against 12.5 mm solid particles due to its IP20 protection category but it will not provide any resistance against liquids.
The model FVCA01.1-37K0-3P4-MNA-LP-P001-01V01 is equipped with an operating panel that consists of keys and a display. Several keys are placed on the operating panel for manual programming and the display shows the operating mode of the converter. The model is generally used in the Sytronix drive system. The PWM frequency of the unit is between 1 – 8 kHz and the PWM frequency of the model depends upon the applied load. The model is equipped with a fan that uses external air for maintaining the internal temperature (-10 to +40 degree Celsius) of the unit.
