Product Description
The EFC5610-45K0-3P4-MDA-7P-DRNNN-L1NN frequency converter is connected between an EMC filter and an AC output choke in a drive system. The Bosch Rexroth converter has a DC braking time of 0 seconds to 20 seconds. The product has eight sets of acceleration and/or deceleration times. The device experiences deration by 1% per 100m altitude rise over 1,000m. The operating temperature of the unit must never exceed 55°C. It allows lowering of the permitted output current as compensation for the increased switching losses with the mains voltage more than the rated voltage. The product has a 108A output current rating at 380V and 86A at 480V.
The COM and SC terminals of this device must be linked. The STO function of the converter does not help in isolating the electrical supply. This function should also not be used to stop its related motor. The product must have a reduced output current if the carrier frequency is high so that the power section encompasses a fairly constant power dissipation. The frame of the device comprises 4,794BTU/h heat dissipation. The unit comes with no fan for any of its internal components. It is mounted to the wall of a control cabinet using four screws.
The product utilizes a 150A Class J fuse. The device uses AWG 1/0 power cables and AWG 1 protective earth cable. The lines of the converter system are protected using the gL and gG general purpose fuse links. Its analog inputs and outputs, digital inputs as well as COM and GND terminals are meant to feature connections only through shielded cables. The + and - terminals of the unit represent its DC positive and negative bus terminals respectively. Its relay output is inactive by default when the converter is not in use. This converter is supported by one-year warranty support and shipping to all parts of the globe.
