Product Description
The EFC5610-3K00-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-NNNN frequency converter offered by Bosch Rexroth supports a Jog function that can be set only by the digital input. The converter also has a frequency level detection function to identify the difference between the output and set frequencies. The product is meant to be put to use between -10°C and 40°C without derated data. The device has 135W heat dissipation. The heatsink fan of the unit has an airflow of 19.20 CFM. The unit weighs 2.6kg. The screws of the converter are intended to be tightened only with the specified torque and in crosswise sequence. The internal EMC filter of the product should be disconnected in an isolated neutral power system.
The digital inputs of the converter support multiple functions. The DO1a and DO1b digital output terminals of the product function as either open collector outputs or pulse outputs. The dust cover on the device houses a power or warning indicator and a Run/FWD/REV indicator. The unit is designed such that it is stored between -20°C and 60°C. It must be ensured that the enclosure is in place before the converter is powered ON. The product uses rotational auto-tuning for the motor parameters. The duty mode of the device is changeable based on the load type of the application using the normal/heavy duty setting.
The grounding, shielding and control terminals of this converter must be securely connected. The product comes with the default setting to stop or start it through the operating panel. The device is integrated with a parameter set selection function to toggle between two parameter sets. Its parameters cannot be replicated or modified without entering the password. The X5 digital input of the unit can function as a pulse input for receiving input pulse signals with a 30% to 70% duty ratio. We can ship the frequency converter through reputed freight carriers with backup support for one year.
