Product Description
The EFC5610-2K20-3P4-MDA-7P-00002-L1NN is an energy-conserving frequency converter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for electronic speed and torque control. It features a compact design that enhances space optimization and easy wiring. In addition, it generates an optimum torque curve with high starting torque using the Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) technology for a highly efficient vector control mechanism. The maximum power output for this model is 2.2kW with a 3-phase AC mains connection voltage between 380 and 480V ( -15%/+10%) in heavy-duty mode. The bus system for communication with the frequency converter is the internal ModBus RTU communication module. In addition, it allows extensive connectivity with external options such as PROFIBUS, CANopen, Sercos III, EtherCAT (Profil CANopen, CoE), Modbus TCP, PROFINET, and Ethernet/IP.
There is an internal EMC filter in the EFC5610-2K20-3P4-MDA-7P-00002-L1NN, making it a Class 3 product suitable for the industrial environment according to EN 61800-3 standards. It also has a built-in brake chopper, an external brake resistor, and a built-in mains filter. It can use both asynchronous and permanent magnet motors for reduced engine noises, an advantage that is also facilitated by the adjustable pulse frequency of the converter. The maximum output frequency of this product is 400Hz, and it features a 200 % start-up torque at 0.5Hz.
The continuous rated current of the EFC5610-2K20-3P4-MDA-7P-00002-L1NN frequency converter is 5.6A, and its overload capacity for heavy-duty operation is 150 % for 60 seconds and 200% for 1 second. For its optimal operation, ambient temperature is between -10 and 45o C, non-condensing relative humidity not more than 90 %, and an installation height of 1000 m. Its degree of protection is IP 20, and it has a Safe Torque Off option for safer use. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
