Product Description
The EFC5610-2K20-1P2-MDA-7P-00002-L1NN is manufactured in both analog and digital versions. Both frequency converter versions get their power from a 24 VDC power supply. The relay changeover terminal capacity for a digital EFC converter is 240 VAC, 3 A; 30 VDC, 3 A. The analog version of the frequency converter has an input of 30mA. When connecting the converter's power and signal cables, confirm that the frequency converter is switched off before beginning any wiring, and the control signals are deactivated. Continue to power on the frequency converter, control signals, and verify that each parameter used is correct. The EFC frequency converter has a protection class of IP20 designed for mounting into a control cabinet using DIN rail or screws. A cold plate frequency converter is mounted by using a thermal compound paste. Clean the mounting surface, the converters heatsink, and the cold plate before applying the thermal paste. Dust, dirt particles, or oil inhibit the thermal paste from having the best rigidity.
The EFC5610-2K20-1P2-MDA-7P-00002-L1NN is powered on by pressing a run button on the control panel. The EFC converter is integrated with a potentiometer to control the output power generated when operating the frequency converter. You can acquire the frequency converter with either a dust panel or an LED panel. However, Indramat Rexroth supplies the frequency converter with the dust panel only. The LED panel is required to configure the frequency converter with the operational parameters.
Generally, the EFC frequency converter has a compact and complete design that saves you space during installation and wiring. The frequency converter is designed with a removable operating unit and an optional LCD for text display. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
