Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDB-7P-NNNNN-L1NN with the SVC control function for operations in demanding applications. Switch the frequency converter to an auto-tuning mode when running the SVC control function. The EFC frequency converter has two auto-tuning mechanisms - rotational auto-tuning and static auto-tuning. The SVC control uses the rotational auto-tuning mode, while the V/f control function uses the converter's static auto-tuning system. Always counter check if the permanent magnetized synchronous motor (PMSM) is not overheated before switching the frequency converter to an auto-tuning mode. The EFC inverter is powered by a 24 VDC power supply with a maximum output current of 100mA. A potentiometer located on the control panel is used to regulate the frequency converter output voltage needed by the user. The frequency converter has an IP 20 protection class and is designed for mounting in a closed cabinet.
The EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDB-7P-NNNNN-L1NN is supplied with a dust cover instead of a LED panel. However, to set the frequency converter with the Parameter replication function, the user has to use an LED panel. The frequency converter default settings are established on standard applications and can be changed to meet different operation requirements. Use the navigation button on the LED parameter to set the converters parameter values by Scrolling between parameter and group code.
The LED panel displays the output frequency in run status and setting frequency when not in use. The control panel (LED) does not come with the device and is purchased separately as an accessory for the frequency converter. After powering on the EFC frequency converter, verify that no error message is displayed on the display panel and the monitoring parameter matches the operational standards. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
