The EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDA-NN-NNNNN-L1NN model is used for the automatic adjustment of carrier frequency and the carrier frequency range for this model is 1 – 15 kHz. The EFC frequency converter can deliver the rated power of 1.5 kW while operating at the 1-phase AC 200 ~ 240 V power supply with ±10% augmentation. The model taking power through 200V/240V power source can operate at the input current of 16.2/13.5 A and provides 7.3/6.1 A of output current. The output capacity of the model is 2.5 kVA with 95% efficiency. The EFC frequency converter uses an SVC control system for motor control and flex-control with standard I/O for the design control section. The operating panel of this model consists of a dust cover that contains only 4 LED indicators which indicate the RUN, FWD, REV, and Power mode of the device. The model is equipped with an EMC filter of class 3 which helps in removing the high-frequency interference signals while operating at 20 A of the nominal current.
The model EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDA-NN-NNNNN-L1NN comes with a built-in fan that uses the outside air for cooling purposes and during installation, the minimum distance of 125 mm should be maintained at the top and bottom of the device. The device can only be mounted in the vertical direction and several devices can be installed in series with zero clearance but if one frequency converter is arranged above another the minimum suggested a distance of 125 mm should be maintained between them. The model uses the RS485 interface with Modbus protocol for effective communication between the converter, motor, and several I/O devices. The model uses an external brake resistor and the total weight of the device is 1.2 kg excluding the weight of mounting and accessories. The IP20 protection class is used in this model.
