Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is concerned about their customer’s satisfaction through their high-quality products such as frequency converters, servo motors, and controls. These products are widely used for automation purposes in different industries.
The EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN model comes with an internal EMC filter which operates at the nominal current of 20 A and 50/60 Hz of the input frequency. The total weight of the filter is 0.86 kg and it is protected by IP20 protection standard. The main functions of the EFC frequency converter are PID control, Multi-speed control, setting frequency resolution/accuracy, slip compensation, automatic voltage stabilization, digital input/output, and analog input/output. The EFC frequency converter has 8 power terminals in which L1, L2, L3 terminals are used for electrical connection, (+) and B terminals are used for attaching external brake resistor, and U, V, W terminals are used for delivering output to the attached AC induction motor. The model can operate at a single phase 200 VAC power supply having 50/60 Hz of voltage frequency. The operating panel of the model consists of a 7-segment LED display, potentiometer, buttons, and 3 small LED indicators. The LED panel of the model can also be replaced with the dust cover.
The model EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN can deliver 1.5 kW of power to the motor via U, V, and W terminals. An external brake resistor having 95 Ohm of resistance can be attached to the converter through (+) and B terminals. The brake resistor operates at the DC link voltage of 320V and it can dissipate 200W of power in the form of heat. The brake resistor comes with an air-type cooling system and it is protected by the IP40 protection class. The net weight of the model is 1.2 Kg excluding the weight of accessories and external brake resistor. The model uses the Modbus protocol as a communication interface. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
