Product Description
Bosch Rexroth produces affordable and energy-efficient products for industrial automation. The company products frequency converters, controllers, and servo motors are widely used in the international market.
The EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDA-7P-FCPNN-NNNN model is used for controlling the speed, torque, and power of AC induction motors by changing the output voltage frequency. The EFC frequency converter can deliver the rated power of 1.5 kW while operating at 1-phase AC 200 ~ 240V with 50/60 Hz of operating frequency. The operating panel of the model consists of a 7-segment LED display for displaying different parameters, a potentiometer for setting frequency, several keys for manual programming, and LED indicators for indicating the operational mode of the device. The EFC frequency converter can take a 1-phase electrical connection through L1 and L2 terminal, and U, V, W terminals are used for motor connection whereas an external brake resistor can be attached through (+) and B terminals. The model uses the Modbus protocol for communication between intelligent devices and sensors. The model uses SVC control for controlling different parameters of the motor.
The model EFC5610-1K50-1P2-MDA-7P-FCPNN-NNNN uses a class 3 EMC filter which operates at 20 A current and helps in filtering out high-frequency interference signals. The total weight of the device is 1.2 kg and it should be installed in the vertical direction. Several devices can be mounted right next to each other but if one frequency converter is arranged above another then 125 mm of minimum distance must be maintained between them. An external brake resistor is attached to the model which can dissipate 200 W of power by providing 95 Ohm resistance. The EFC frequency converter is protected by IP20 protection category and the brake resistor is protected by the IP40 protection class. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
