The EFC5610-11K0-3P4-MDA-7P-FCPNN-NNNN frequency converter offered by Bosch Rexroth encompasses a 7-segment display with a potentiometer. The converter incorporates RF interference suppression elements at the inductance if it is used with relays, contactors and chokes. The LED panel of the product features a dial and buttons apart from its display. The buttons help to program the device according to the required operation. The unit incorporates the digit shifting function to modify its parameter values. This function cannot be used for parameter with options. The product must have a clearance of at least 125mm above and below the control cabinet in which it is mounted.
The L1, L2 and L3 terminals of this device should be connected to the mains. The grounding and shielding of the unit must be securely connected. Its enclosure must be fitted in place before it is powered ON. The converter must not be touched for at least five minutes after it is switched OFF so that the DC capacitor gets discharged fully. The cover of this product should never be removed during this period. The device is by default started or stopped by means of its operating panel. The parameter selection function of this product helps in switching between two parameter sets. The fifth digital input of the device is capable of functioning as a pulse input. This input can be used to adjust the setting frequency using the Up/Down command that is active only when the unit is running. Its Run/Stop/Direction command can be configured using the PID control.
