Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the EFC frequency converter with integration provisions for control panels like the LED or the LCD control panel. The EFC3610-4K00-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN is used with an LED control panel to indicate the operational status of the connected drive. Different colors on the LED panel display various operation stages: Green light- the frequency converter is running. Blinking green light –converter operation is pending. A short green light – indicates that the DC is braking at the start. Long dark green light –shows the direction change of stop time. The frequency converter cannot function if both the FWD and REV commands run simultaneously. When using the frequency converter in locations such as the USA and Canada, it is advisable to use shielded cables or copper wires of 75 ℃ or above as per UL 508C.
The EFC3610-4K00-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN uses an open collector output or pulse output. The open-collector has a maximum voltage output of 30VDC and an output current of 50mA. Depending on the operation type, one can select either a digital or analog frequency converter. The two versions of the converter are powered using a power supply. The analog converter power supply has a maximum current output of 30mA compared to the digital drive converter power supply that has a maximum output current of 100mA. When connecting the analog frequency converter, use a grounded terminal connection on the internal heat sink.
Before beginning, any wiring connections on the frequency converter confirm that: the frequency converter is powered off. The control signals of the converter are deactivated. Continue to power on the frequency converter and establish the respective parameters and turn on the control signals of the EFC3610-4K00-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN converter. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
