Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the EFC3610-3K00-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-NNNN with a dust cover instead of the LED panel. The frequency converter is operated with a dust cover by ordering an additional LED panel and then setting the EFC converter parameter to a replication mode. Generally, the frequency converter is available with neither the dust cover nor the LED panel installed. Each control panel is purchased separately. The converter is integrated with a digit shifting function for fast parameter selection and modification. When inductive loads like relays, contactors, motors, and solenoid valves are connected to the frequency converter output terminals, noise suppression circuits should be installed near the coils of the loads. The suppression circuits reduce the electromagnetic interference generated from inductive load action. According to the application, the converters' power connection can either be through a single or a double cable.
The EFC3610-3K00-3P4-MDA-NN-NNNNN-NNNN can be used with an optional LCD panel. The LCD control panel contains the following features: a navigation button to Scroll between parameter and group code. A function button for entering the parameter group screen and go back to previous screens. A stop and run button for starting or stopping the frequency converter. A text screen for displaying the parameter: value/ unit/ group/ name and other screen information. Run or stop function for displaying the information regarding the forward/reverse state of the frequency converter.
The frequency converter offers both digital and analog signal input functions. The digital input is powered by a power supply of 24 VDC with a maximum output current of 100mA. The converters analog terminal is connected to a grounded external power supply with a Voltage output of 0 to 10 V and an output current of 0 to 20mA. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
