Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth EFC3610-1K50-1P2-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN frequency converter by default is set to function through operations from a control panel. The converter does not have an internal contactor and so it powers on after a connection to a power supply. By pressing the run button or activating it from the control terminal, the converter will generate output power. The control panel has a potentiometer, to assist in controlling and setting the output power generated according to the operational requirements. On most occasions, after purchasing the converter you will find the control panel set to default. The settings, however, are factory default which is based on standard operations with standard motors and can be adjusted according to your operational needs. If you are using a frequency converter with a dust cover, it is important to install a LED panel to be able to perform the above operations.
The EFC3610-1K50-1P2-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN converter can be run using SVC control during standard operations. For high-performance operations, it is advisable to use v/f control with a motor and auto-tuning capability. There are two modes of auto-tuning available: rotational -tuning and static -tuning. Auto tuning is widely used with frequency converters and is the most preferred mode. Before setting the converters control panel to an auto-tuning mode confirm that: The rated power for the frequency converter is almost the same as that of the motor, the motor is not heated and if the rated power is set as indicated on its nameplate. If there are no instructions on the nameplate set it to default. Set the maximum frequency output according to the parameters on the motor and application conditions. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
