Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth EFC3610-18K5-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN converter is designed to function in temperatures ranging from a minimum of -10 to a maximum of 45 °C. When using drive-in locations such as the USA and Canada, it is advisable to use shielded cables i.e. copper wires of 75 ℃ or above according to UL 508C. The frequency converter drive is available in two versions-Analog or Digital converters. The analog converter can support a voltage output of 0-10v, a maximum load current of 5mA, and a load resistance of 500Ω. Analog shielded connections should be connected with grounding terminals on the heat sink internally.
The EFC3610-18K5-3P4-MDA-7P-NNNNN-NNNN digital converter uses an open collector output or pulse output. The open collector is used with a maximum voltage output of 30 VDC, maximum load current of 50mA, and maximum pulse frequency output of 32.0 kHz. The rated relay changeover terminal capacities for a digital converter are 240 VAC, 3 A; 30 VDC, 3 A. Both the digital and the analog converters can be powered using power supplies when connecting the control terminals. The analog converter power supply input has a maximum current output of 30mA whereas the digital drive converter power supply has a maximum output current of 100mA.
Upon delivery of the drive from the Bosch Rexroth dispatch team, always ensure that you unpack the frequency converter and conduct a visual check to confirm if: You have been supplied with the right product as ordered and the converter has no damage at all from the manufacturer or during transit. It is necessary to contact the Bosch Rexroth sales personnel who assisted you during the purchase in case of any deviation from the original product. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
