Product Description
The DMD02.1-W022N servo drive by Indramat Rexroth Bosch group belongs to the MiniDrive series, which is divided into four categories based on power output, voltage, and encoder specifications. Based on the same three factors, the servo drive can be matched with a corresponding AC servomotor. The DMD02.1-W022N servo amplifier is specifically designed for the servo motors MMD022A* that has a power output of 200W, a 230V voltage, and an incremental encoder of 2500 increments per revolution.
As the DMD02.1-W022N servo drive has a low power output compared to other types, it doesn’t feature a heat sink at the side, for insulation. Featuring a 50mm x 130mm heat sink at the bottom, it relies on natural cooling, similar to other DMD02.1 models, to keep its components from overheating. Therefore, it is important to maintain sufficient air space around the servo drive module. The DMD02.1-W022N drive controller is 50mm wide, 168mm tall and has a depth of 130mm. The servo drive offers continuous regeneration power of 5 watts while its peak regeneration power is 1600 watts.
The front panel of the servo drive model features an LED display right at the top. Below the 6-digit LED display there are three data-entry switches. The Shift switch at the left meant for shifting up while the Up and Down switches are meant for parameter selection. The MODE switch is for motor changeover while the SET switch is for selecting and executing the display. Below these switches, there is a terminal block to connect the servo motor and 230V power supply. At the right-hand side, there are three connectors; an optional one for connecting PC, I/F connector to connect user-side signals and SIG connector for a rotatory encoder. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
