Product Description
The DMA 85B 7101-D is an efficient drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to handle motion control in the industrial servo system. This controller offers industrial operators full and accurate control over their industrial production process as it monitors the movement of the industrial motor in real-time and can independently correct any deviation of the motor from the parameters specified by the operator during configuration operation. The housing of the motor is about 100 millimeters wide and 521 millimeters long, its structure allows for the plugging of the inverter module into its backplane module. The DMA 85B 7101-D motor is designed according to the IP20 production category and 3K3 climatic category, thus it can work fairly well in harsh industrial environments.
The DMA 85B 7101-D drive controller features a CANrho interface that monitors the digital communication between the servo system. The controller connects to the power supply module through a three-phase connector which provides it with a high power density, steadier output, and requires little maintenance. The excess heat generated by this controller is controlled by natural convention, to facilitate this process operators must ensure the controller is installed in a cool position with ambient temperature not exceeding +55 degrees Celsius.
The DMA 85B 7101-D drive controller can operate with either a regulated link voltage of 670 volts or a non-regulated link voltage of 715 volts. The controller weighs about 11.5 kilograms and its backplane module contains about 2 fans which help in the temperature regulation process. The maximum amount of power the controller can lose during operation is about 380 watts. The drive controller should not be operated at an ambient temperature greater than 1000 meters above sea level as this can affect the smooth operation of the controller. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
