Product Description
The DMA 45A 9101-D by Rexroth Indramat is a modular drive inverter intended for use with medium or high voltage systems through a transformer. It features a modular structure, axis and supply modules and different interfaces and functions. The DMA 45A 9101-D has a digital closed-loop control for speed, position and current. In conjunction with asynchronous and synchronous motors, it offers the highest speed-setting range, high dynamics, positioning accuracy and synchronizing.
For its cooling mechanism, the DMA 45A 9101-D adopts air cooling with backplane mechanics. The maximum current of this inverter at a frequency range of 2 – 150 Hz is 45 Amperes, and it has a module width of 50 mm. It comes designed with a CANopen and CANrho interface and has no encoder interface. Also, there are no additional functions available to this modular inverter. By performance, the DMA 45A 9101-D is a standard variant in the Rexroth DMA Servodyn-D. The acceptable temperature range during normal operation is rated at 0 – 45 degrees Celsius, and with derated data, the acceptable temperature range is 46 – 55 degrees Celsius.
In storage, the temperature should not fall below -25 degrees Celsius and the acceptable upper limit is 70 degrees Celsius. As per EN 60 721, this modular drive inverter belongs to the 3K3 climatic category. The ingress protection rating of the DMA 45A 9101-D is IP 20, as per EN 60 529. The DMA 45A 9101-D is a class A device and may result in radio interferences when used in residential areas except countermeasures are put in place. For this equipment to function appropriately and safely, it must be properly transported, stored, erected, installed and carefully operated. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
