The DMA 45A 7101-D model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat for controlling the different functions of synchronous and asynchronous motors. The three-phase inverter system is equipped with digital closed-loop control for controlling the position, speed, and current. The model provides high functional reliability when used together with the synchronous motors. The model helps in developing an energy-efficient inverter system for the clients. The 8 kHz model operates at the rated current of 15 A and maximum current of 31 A during continuous loading conditions and during overloading conditions, it operates at the continuous current of 6.1 A with the maximum current requirement of 44 A.
The model DMA 45A 7101-D is typically used for machine tools, robotics, printing machines, and mounting systems. The model is equipped with CANrho protocol and a standard encoder interface. The standard encoder is used for the transmission of actual position values. The model comes in IP20 protection rating and it should be mounted into the control cabinet of at least IP 54 protection category. The model can operate, without derating, at the maximum temperature of +45 degree Celsius and with the further increase in temperature the efficiency of the inverter will decrease gradually.
