Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures motion control systems and automation products including servo motors and inverter systems.
The Servodyn-D inverter system has been designed to work in conjunction with various different interfaces. This model has a module based design and relies on a closed loop system to control the speed and position values. Because of its features and operational reliability, this model is often used for synchronous motors, asynchronous motors, built in motors, SF motors, SR synchronous motors, and asynchronous standard motors. A high dynamic motion control platform can be constructed when this model is integrated with the synchronous motors. The resulting combination is able to control speed and position under different loading conditions. It is possible to achieve high positional accuracy and synchronizing with the system. The DMA 45A 1301-D is a nodule within this system that operates on a three-phase supply. It is paired with industrial motors for motion control applications.
When operating at a maximum overload, the DMA 45A 1301-D has a 10 A rated current at 4 kHz frequency. At continuous overload, the rated current is 23 A, the device has a maximum current of 39qss A. Using the Sercos interface, it is possible to connect this device with the sine encoder, incremental encoder, and cosine encoder. Because of compatibility with the sercos interface, the device has multiple advantages. When this model is used in conjunction with the interface, the speed, current, and position controllers have a cycle time of 125 ms, 250 ms, and 500 ms. Because of optical waveguides, the interference immunity of the device is maximized. The inverter module can be directly plugged in because of a backplane module. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
