Product Description

The DMA 140D 8001-D is a three phase module from the Servodyn-D series made by Bosch Indramat. The unit is air cooled and has a module width of 200 mm. The DMA 140D 8001-D is equipped with an analog 10 bits U/f characteristic interface (optional resolution of 12 or 16 bits) as part of the available standard variant. The DC link voltage for the DMA 140D 8001-D is 670 VDC regulated and 715 unregulated with switching frequencies of 4 kHz and 8 kHz. Maximum current at max OL is 42 A and at max CL is 87 A (at 4 kHz switching frequency).

The DMA 140D 8001-D demands 1.58 A from a 24 V power supply and has a maximum power loss of 700 W in the switch cabinet.
