The DMA 140D 4201-D is a three-phase module designed by Bosch for use with inverter systems belonging to Servodyn-D product line. It can be used with both asynchronous and synchronous motors. The DMA 140D 4201-D is an air cooled device with backplane mechanics. Width of the module is 200 millimeters. The maximum current at 2 kilohertz switching frequency is 140 Amps. Interface available on the module is analog with 16-bit resolution. The module includes a gear encoder interface. The operating temperature range for the module is 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. the module can be operated between 46 and 55 degrees Celsius but with derating.
