Product Description
The Bosch DMA 140D 4101-D is a three-phase module for synchronous and asynchronous motors. It is part of the Servodyn-D inverter system which has a modular structure and is comprised of axis and supply modules, different functions and interfaces. Servodyn-D inverters features a digital closed-loop control for the current, speed and position. Servodyn-D inverters are compatible with SF type synchronous motors, SR type synchronous motors, linear motors, DU type asynchronous motors and asynchronous standard motors. Servodyn-D system advantages include modular design, direct power supply connection and position control in 3-phase modules. The inverters are available as either a standalone inverter or a modular inverter. The DMA 140D 4101-D is a three-phase module which is used with modular Servodyn-D inverters which is air cooled (backplane mechanics) and is rated for maximum 140 Amps.
Three phase modules are used to operate servo motors from Bosch belonging to the SF and SR series, DU type asynchronous motors, linear motors and built-in motors with defined encoders. Hardware on the three-phase module is that same. However, the different modules come with different software. Width of the DMA 140D 4101-D module is 200 millimeters and the height is 521 millimeters. The module features an analog interface with 16-bit resolution and a standard encoder interface. System specific parameters on the DMA 140D 4101-D are changed from a connected computer with RS-232 interface. The DC link voltage is 670 Volts DC regulated and 715 Volts DC un-regulated. The rated current is 42 Amps, the maximum current is 141 Amps and the derating between 45 and 55 degrees Celsius is 2.25 Amps per degree Celsius increase. The module requires 1.58 Amps from the 24 Volts DC power supply module. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
