Product Description
The DMA 08A 1101-D is an industrial drive controller designed to carry out three-phase control in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is manufactured by Rexroth Indramat; thus, it features highly sophisticated technological features. It can be configured to operate in different types of industrial machines that contain synchronous and asynchronous motors. The drive controller is part of the Servondyn-D series; it contains a heatsink and an internal air blower that keeps the drive housing unit's temperature within the tolerated temperature range. The DMA 08A 1101-D drive controller generates a leakage current of about 3.5 milliamperes; thus, operators should ensure it is properly connected to an efficient grounding system.
The DMA 08A 1101-D drive controller operates optimally at an ambient temperature ranging from +5 to +45 degrees Celcius. The drive controller's rated current is about 1.7 Amperes, and the maximum current the controller can draw from the mains is about 11 Amperes. The DMA 08A 1101-D drive controller uses a regulated DC link voltage of 670 volts. During normal operation, the 7.3-kilogram drive controller can lose about 97.7 watts of power. Operators should ensure all the safety signals and markings inscribed on the drive controller are considered during the installation, modification, and configuration of the drive.
The DMA 08A 1101-D drive controller should be installed into a control cabinet that protects it according to the IP54 protection category. The controller should also not be installed at a height greater than 1000 meters above sea level. The DMA 08A 1101-D controller is also self-diagnostic; it features special sensors that constantly monitor the controller's operation and alert the operator of any operational error by sending an appropriate signal to the display unit. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
