Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth three-phase module drive with part number DMA 085B 9301-D is ideal for synchronous and asynchronous motors and features backplane module mechanics. This makes it suitable for the modular inverters in the Servodyn-D fully digital inverter system series, also manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The DMA 085B 9301-D module features a width of 100 mm and a maximum current set at 85 kHz. It is applied to the inverter system, which features a modular structure and offers many functions and different interfaces, consisting of axis and supply modules. The inverter system features top dynamics, accuracy in positioning and synchronizing, and good speed settings.
The DMA 085B 9301-D backplane module features CANopen and CANrho interfaces and a resolver encoder interface. The cooling system uses air cooling with backplane mechanics. The setpoint interface, CANopen, and CANrho are fitted in the module's CAN bus, making it a CAN bus three-phase module. In the CAN bus, you have a PC-board that is entirely digital with a closed-loop position, control of the current, and speed. While the CANrho is used in connection with Bosch Rexroth’s rho3 and rho4 robots, the CANopen protocol is according to the three-phase module's drive control with setpoints for the position, torque, and speed, based on the operating mode.
The DMA 085B 9301-D three-phase module drive features no additional functions and has standard variety. Since it features a resolver encoder interface, the Servodyn-D inverter system fitted with it can apply to hardware like synchronous motors type SF, which have a built-in resolver for controlling speed and position and a sinusoidal current. It is only used in modular inverters. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
